..Response to one of the questioners
Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni respond to the questioners and I say that the true explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the slain: the free for the free, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But if remission is made to one by his (aggrieved) brother, prosecution (for blood-money) should be according to usage, and payment to him in a good manner. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. Whoever exceeds the limit after this, will have a painful chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:178
{ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى ۖ الْحُرُّ بِالْحُرِّ وَالْعَبْدُ بِالْعَبْدِ وَالْأُنثَىٰ بِالْأُنثَىٰ ۚ فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَاءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَانٍ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ ۗ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴿١٧٨﴾ } [ سورة البقرة ].
And the answer from the decisive Book is: Indeed, (retribution) is a life for a life in general whether a free (person) for a free (person), or a servant for a servant, or a female for a female, or a free (person) for a servant, or a servant for a free (person), that is to who been killed an oppressed person and not a an unjust aggressor forced the killer to defend himself so he killed him before the later kills him, whether the killer is free man or a servant, or a female. Surely a soul for soul in general; male or female, servant or free. So life for life is Allah’s judgement against the unjust aggressors.
And wherever pardon his brother and makes amends also accepts blood money, then his reward is with Allah, And it is not permissible for the later to kill the killer after taking the blood the blood money by his guardian, as like the father of the unjustly slain to take the blood money while the murdered has a son was young (at the time) then he grew up and then he killed the killer of his father after the blood money payment was accomplished that been handed to his guardian by him, surely that is a sinful aggression. Such, Allah’s judgement is applied against the unjust aggressors and they have a painful chastisement. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {But if remission is made to one by his (aggrieved) brother, prosecution (for blood-money) should be according to usage, and payment to him in a good manner. This is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy. Whoever exceeds the limit after this, will have a painful chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great.
{ فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَاءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَانٍ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ ۗ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ } صدق الله العظيم.
As for the wounds surely it is a retaliation with a condition that not to be dangerous leading to cause of death, rather only wounds, and Allah made for the related-parties blood money to be handed, its details and applying it is accomplished after empowerment to end man’s oppression against his fellow man.
And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

والجواب مِن مُحكَم الكتاب: إنّ النَّفس بالنَّفس بشكلٍ عامٍ سواء كان حُرًّا بِحُرٍّ أم عَبدًا بعبدٍ أم أنثى بأنثى أم حُرًّا بعبدٍ أم عبدًا بِحُرٍّ ذلك لِمَن قُتِل له مظلومٌ فلا يُسرِف في القتل مِن غير القاتل ظُلمًا، سواء كان حُرًّا أم عبدًا فالنَّفس بالنَّفس، شرط أن يكون المقتول مظلومًا وليس معتديًّا ظالِمًا أجبَر القاتل على الدفاع عن نفسه فقتله قبل أن يقتله سواء كان القاتل حُرًّا أم عبدًا أم أنثى، فالنَّفس بالنَّفس بشكلٍ عامٍ؛ ذكر أو أنثى، عبد أو حُرّ؛ فالنَّفس بالنَّفس حُكم الله على المُعتَدين الظالمين.
ومَن عفى مِن أخيه وأصلَح وقَبِل الدّيَّة فأجره على الله، ولا يجوز لآخر أن يقتل القاتل من بعد أخذ الدّيَّة مِن قِبَل وليّه كمثل أن يأخذ الدّيَّة أبو المقتول ظُلمًا وللمقتول ابن كان صغيرًا فكبر ثم قام بقتل قاتل أبيه مِن بعد أن تَمّ دَفع الدّيّة المُسلَّمة لوليّه مِن قِبَلِه فذلك اعتداء أثيم، فكذلك يُطبَّق عليه حُكم الله على الظالمين المُعتدين ولهم عذاب أليم تصديقًا لقول الله تعالى: { فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَدَاءٌ إِلَيْهِ بِإِحْسَانٍ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ تَخْفِيفٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ ۗ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ } صدق الله العظيم.
وبالنسبة للجروح فهي قِصاص بشرط أن لا تكون خطرة تؤدّي إلى سبب الوفاة بل فقط جروح، وجعل الله للأطراف دِيّات مُسَلَّمة يتم تفصيلها وتطبيقها مِن بعد التمكين لإنهاء ظُلم الإنسان عن أخيه الإنسان.
وسلامٌ على المُرسَلين والحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين..
